SLAs -> Automatic close to abide by department schedules / SLA schedules - 22-10-2007, 12:08 PM

It would be nice if it was possible to make the autoclose feature "not work" in weekends or outside of opening hours for the company.

Because if the ticket is set to close after 24 hours and the customer gets the notification on a saturday he might first read it on monday.

It certainly would be a good feature however a work around would be to use Escalation Rules which would execute according to your SLA plans.

Set action to changed status as "Closed" when SLA is triggered. That will close the ticket.
