This is quite odd if that happens.

As you know we all base our designs on V3 and we need to redisgn everything as V4 is still 200% vague about what will be in and how.

So we will have a difficult task in the future.

I hope V4 will not come in at least 4 years in that case and all V4 stuff will be build into the existing V3

V4 should be available around 2011 at this pace, so hopefully at that point, they wont be making up markup tags like they did with v3.

We didn't make up markup tags. The HTML used was acceptable then (as it was functional and still is functional across all major and most minor browsers). However, times have changed - as will our HTML (-> XHTML 1.0).
