Thumbs down RC4: AJAX Combos still not right - 13-08-2008, 04:10 PM

Ryan,

When viewing a ticket, that IS corrected. The issue I reported in the main ticket listing where I select my name and the MOVE drop down has nothing populated - that issue remains, see attached, this is RC4 (CVS install just now).

Hi Neal,

I cannot duplicate this here. Staff1 is assigned to Department 1 and General in my example below:




Now selecting an assignee, see the refreshed department list:


Please confirm that your upgrade (replacing all of your files) was sucessful.

Jamie,

Copying files was successful, assuming what you have in the CVS and "whatever version" I'm running has the fix. Can you tell me what files I need to verify? Obviously I'm having this problem in RC4 per the details I provided Ryan. You'll need to setup Staff 1 exactly as I described in my post, wherever that is now. As stated, "Neal" (me) is the Admin, etc.

As we're unable to reproduce this here, we would need admin and FTP access to your desk so that we can debug it.

Confirmed, fixed. Filed as bug: Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #729 - Mass action bar / "Use Group Departments"
