i want to know is this scripts support arabic language and what i have to do to read arabic in hotmail when someone rigister

i got like this

really it is too bad from 25 days i just looking and send emails to support to see my problem with arabic but they don,t intrested

but not read arabic in mail i don,t have problem with translate in interface just when send email
