Hola a toda la Comunidad.
Tengo una pequeña empresa de servicios, y estoy interesado en la solución SupportSuite Owned. Quiero poner los paneles en castellano, tanto los de CPADMIN, STAFF, como el de USUARIOS.
Quiero cambiar imagenes y diseñar un poco los paneles.
Si alquien tiene experiencia contrataria sus servicios.

To translate the software Staff/Admin CP into spanish you will have to translate all the files in the /locale/en-us directory of the software into your desired language.

Y la verdad es que me estoy peleando con esto tambien..
Tengo ya traducido la web, y me parece que quedó bastante bien(http://fjalmena9505do.kayakotrial.com/index.php)
Este site desaparecerá en breve ya que es un trail de 7 días.No obstante el curro que me he pegado, sirverá para quedar me con el fichero XML, de la web, je je.. Ademas he pillado un fichero XML para el live response, que tambien está bastante bien...
Lo que no he podido localizar es algun fichero para traducir la seccion del staff... y eso no mola, ya que los agentes que lo usuarán son españolitos...
sabes algo al respecto?

Ok, sorry you are right... I appologies :-)
basiclly i was saying that i have translated the web Staff CP: http://fjalmena9505do.kayakotrial.com, into correct spanish, and i have obtained a spanish xml file for the live support. bot are working correctly.. but never the less, i can not translate the web -> Staff CP: http://fjalmena9505do.kayakotrial.com/staff/index.php
does this mean i have to wait until we buy our own version? is there a way to obtain the files to translate them, so i can see how it looks? The agents are spanish and there for i need so see how it turns out in spanish before putting it in production...
i hope that some one could clarify this for me...

You cannot translate the Staff CP files on either the trial or hosted solutions. To translate the Staff CP, you will have to purchase a non-hosted solution and install the software on your own server. To translate the Staff CP, you need to translate all the files within the /locale/en-us directory of the software.

Which version of Firefox are you using? I have tried it on both Firefox 1.5 as well as Firefox 2 (both english) and it seems to work just fine.

Hello Admin...

Just as i was afraid. Even disabling certain parts of my Norton 2007, as you can see, with the image attached, i don´t see it...

never mind.. in the office i use IE7.0 and it works fine...

I am not too sure why it aint working for you. I have tried accessing it using Firefox from 3 different computers. All worked fine though all were using the English version of Firefox. Probably that is the only reason I can think of.

maybe something to do with the lenguage code of my FF? or the funciontio to execute SMF file turned of in my FF or Nortton.. No idea, the page is excellent to see with IE... thanks for the quick reply...
