Here is a Danish version of the language file from Kayako 3.11.01 I thought maybe some new users could benefit from it. |

Hi, Thank you for the translation, but i wonder why i get those weird characters when i import the xml format, am i the only one who has the problem? for instance, this is a peace of my imported text: FejlsÞgning Tag en step-by-step tur for at finde en lÞsning til din forespÞrgsel. so as you see, i cannot import æ, ø and å... the same thing is happening when i parse emails, i cannot get my mail parser to read æ, ø and å into my database, and yes i use the software delivered by kayako (/cron/index.php) ![]() my database character set is utf8.. but also tried latin1... it does not seems like its a database issue, i can read æ, ø and å fine when i have edit your imported xml text, but i think i must have miss configured something.. hope that someone can help me..? |

Maybe you can use this: German and other languages special charateres howto The #6 explains what to do. Otherwise you can find other issues like this by searching the forum for ie. "language character" |
