Thanks for the suggestion - however, I think it will be better that translators translate phrases within their own system and export the language pack, before uploading them here.

I am afraid no one has uploaded a French translation of the 3.10 language pack, yet. The language packs are community-contributed, they are not translated by Kayako.

I was talking about the default current english translation SupporSuite has included. And by the other hand, what am I doing on a "French" thread? hehe
