You will have to translate the swift.language.xml file to translate the front end of the helpdesk software into your desired language. Hi mafitsi, This file is for the front-end language only, not for the staff or administrator control panels. If you wish to translate these, look for the files within the locale folder under en-us. -------------------------------------------------------------------
