Hello, i'm a new customer, i come to download SupportSuite 3.11.01 but i need it to be in French, any help ?

You will have to translate the swift.language.xml file to translate the front end of the helpdesk software into your desired language.

my french language is not really proffessional. anybody can do it ? or the older version wont work?

Anybody can do it via the admin control panel yes. Older versions will not work properly.

if i translated this esupport.3-11-01.englishus.language.xml can be enouth? is this for:
- Help desk
- Admin CP
- Staff CP

???

Hi mafitsi,

This file is for the front-end language only, not for the staff or administrator control panels. If you wish to translate these, look for the files within the locale folder under en-us.
