Same interest here...is there a (well translated !) French version ? I absolutely need Esupport to work in French and English if we are to buy it. Would several people be interested in working on it if it does not exist ? Merci. |

Same here. I need it too. Pretty difficult to understand why such a major piece of software like esupport does not have an out of the box real working French version (iso-8859-1)... hmmm ![]() |

Well so far I have explained this lack of a properly translated version has held me back from buying and recommanding people to buy for French sites. I have even offered to work on creating or improving a French version, I'll keep watching this forum and the site to know if one professional version comes up one day. Else I'll have to find another solution for our helpdesk needs. |

You know that you can translate the front-end right ? Or do you need the admin/staff part to be french as well ? |

I have the front end in French already (see http://mondosupport.net). What I would love is the back end as well because I have many French staff. I haven't looked, I should, but where would one translate the back. Is it in a php file. == Messages must cause change. | Stop AIDS. Make the Promise! | Fair trade photographs. |

I'm not sure, but I think all the phrases are stored in the locale/en-us/settings.php |

The French file I have installed is buggy. It does not allow any new user to activate himself through the link: Activate: http://domain/esupport/index.php?_m=...cca710ea94176a provided in the "Waiting for approval" email. When the user selects the English language, then.. all is fine. Do you have the same problem as me? Cheers, | |
