Release Full Italian translation - Page 2 - Kayako

i tried to install italian language pack for 3.04.02 on my 3.10.02.
not able to get it working.
dnloaded the french version for 3.10.02: it has worked immediately!

is there something i have to do to use a 3.04.x language pack on a 3.10.02 version?

anyone one of you guy willing to share an italian language pack for 3.10.02?

You have to use the version of the language file for your version of the software otherwise it will not work (ie a 3.10.02 language file will only work with 3.10.02 of the software).

the point is that I imagine that, but no error shown when importing

how about exporting the current en-us and reimporting it as a new language and then merging the italian language pack for 3.04.x to the new language?
would it work?

I've found two mistype in file staff_tickets.php
line 191
'Ticket' => 'Ticket',
need to be changed in
'ticket' => 'Ticket',

and
line 195
'desc_forstaffnote' => 'E\' possibile restringere la visibilità di questa nota a membri specifici dello staff selezionandoli nel dall\'elenco.',

better italian
'desc_forstaffnote' => 'E\' possibile restringere la visibilità di questa nota a membri specifici dello staff selezionandoli nell\'elenco.',

It is inside. I just tested it.

Try opening with WinRAR -> WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files

where? i extract the file but inside thereis only a "it-it" and it's not xml.

Try doing it with WinRAR tho. WinZip is weird with these XML files for some reason.

nothing.. i try with winrar and winzip. in the archive there is one file with the name "it-it" and the type it's "file" and in the archive "supportsuite.3-11-00.italianoit.language" the type it's "language". i can't find the xml file.
