Io ho tradotto buona parte del frontend e qualcosa dell'area di amministrazione.
C'è qualcuno che è disposto ad una traduzione di gruppo? Potremmo dividerci il lavoro...

La file e molto vecchia, suggerisco non uso questa.
The file is an old one, I recommend you do not use it.

this isn't much of an answer. My other co-buyers asked for an italian translation file, we are up to version 3.11, and no one even bothered to update the 3.00 partial translation file.

Forgive me the crude language, but this sucks.

How about getting things up and running as to have the file updated to current version?

Kayako are not the ones who offer or guarantee the language packs or translations - they are community provided; we do not maintain or create the packs.

Whatever. The point is that I had to fish out the post of others, which you have duly put in the sticky message. It is fine, in the end, but really, it should be Kayako care to "coordinate" the effort. Even with stiky messages, why not.
