3.30.00 Release Candidate 4

We are pleased to announce the release of 3.30.00 Release Candidate 4.

Changes:

- The "view ticket" GUI tabs (forward/release) show a due time of the Unix epoch (Jan 1 1970) if no due time is set.
- The staff drop-down in the "view ticket" GUI areas (forward/reply/release) do not cause the departments available to be filtered.

All customers are encouraged to try the build (which we are running on our desk), which should be free of major issues - we are hoping to launch the stable soon. Please use the latest package available from the 'Builds' area within the customer portal (RC4 overwrites RC3).

Please remember to take a backup of your data before upgrading, and that PHP 5.1.0 is the minimum PHP requirement.
