Thumbs up Feature reuqests and V4 - 14-12-2008, 02:03 AM

yup. just keep passing the "feature requests" down the line.... somewhat understandable, but that is is the name you've gave for kayako.

Why is there security concerns passed? Geeh, thanks

The vast majority of feature requests we've received recently are going in the v4 branch and won't be added to the v3 branch. It isn't reasonable or viable for us to implement them in both branches.

We are working hard on v4 and trying our best to maintain v3 at the same time. It is not possible to please everyone, but we are doing our best. v4 will have most of the features requested that we consider implementable and/or valuable to the product.

I read everything about how v4 is tight lipped but is there any kind of time frame? Maybe 1 month, 6 months, 1 year? There are a ton of features I want that has been included and just trying to get an idea. I am a new customer.

There is no time frame; when there is, you will see it announced
