Replying to a ticket, using a very high resolution setup (1920x1200 on 27" monitor) notice how the fields are slid to the right in the attached image.

/modules/tickets/staff_viewticket.php Search for the word "Quick", it should take you straight to the area. For some reason, IE isn't honouring the fixed cell width (all other browsers are). -------------------------------------------------------------------

You can verify my fix using a DiffMerge system line 475 and down a few lines for that section. Basically I removed the width=100 and for the top row (TD) I set the right elements width to 100% and added a noWrap on the Quick Insert cell. P.S. This works in my browser (IE 7) at very high rez. |

I've committed a fix for it. Kayako Bug Tracker - Viewing Issue #982 - Ticket info table when (staff) viewing a ticket expands in IE (does not obey fixed width) Similar approach to yours. Thanks for digging in. -------------------------------------------------------------------
