Hi,
I searched the forums for this without any success. Here's what I am seeking -

1) I need to add a few more fields to the pop-up form that comes up after a visitor clicks on the 'Online Live Support' icon on my website. If I try creating custom groups in the Admin CP, it doesn't give an option to place the group for LiveSupport.

2) I need to add a few more fields to the pop-up form that comes up if the staff are offline - to leave a message.

1. Currently not possible without code modification. This needs to be added as a custom field group however.

2. Again, not possible.

You should reply to this asking a mod to move it to feature requests.
