Permissions for Deletion of Billing entries need to be permissionable.

Billing is a critical component of service provided. Currently it is far too easy to click the trash can icon and delete a billing entry.

There are quite a few staff here who need to be able to add billing entries, but should not be allowed to delete billing entries.

In general, there are a number of areas within the product that need permissions completed. (News, Filters) Also, unless I've missed it, I see no way to edit "time worked", if an agent mistakenly enters the wrong value. This (edit) should also be an assignable permission.

Kayko should examine this and strive to make these areas complete and consistent. It would make the product that much more flexible.

1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

I also noticed today that anyone can delete billing items. There should be an option much like "ability to delete tickets" that denies the ability to delete a billing entry.

Permissions across the board could use some "freshing up" to make them consistent across the board.

Any ideas on how we go about suggesting these to Kayako? Is the bug tracker appropriate?
