Ability to expand/collapse notes at top of ticket view - 17-03-2009, 11:09 AM

In some cases we have a customer that goes on and on and we work as a team to help him/her with a problem. The notes at the top can get extensive. It's so much so that it becomes a distraction, you have to scroll down quite a bit to get to the tickets.

It would be nice to allow the Notes section to be expanded/collapsed so they can be moved out of the way. It may be nice if the notes defaulted to collapsed and had a Notes (1) or Notes (15) at the top to signify notes exist.

+1 for that!

We would also like to request the same for the 'Billing entry' section. It would be nice to get it expanded/collapsed in the way described above. Quite often we get several dozens of items in those two sections, and long scrolling to the bottom where the ticket is hidden becomes really annoying.

Hello Jamie! I'd like to get back to this quite handy feature requested by Neal. Are you planning to make Notes and/or Billing entry sections in V4 expandable/collapsable?
