| Ability to expand/collapse notes at top of ticket view -

In some cases we have a customer that goes on and on and we work as a team to help him/her with a problem. The notes at the top can get extensive. It's so much so that it becomes a distraction, you have to scroll down quite a bit to get to the tickets.
It would be nice to allow the Notes section to be expanded/collapsed so they can be moved out of the way. It may be nice if the notes defaulted to collapsed and had a Notes (1) or Notes (15) at the top to signify notes exist.
