Customers Interface: Ability to add a CC/BCC user in open tickets - 29-01-2009, 03:33 PM

We got this idea from several customers who say that it would be quite handy for them to be able to add a new CC or BCC user after the ticket is created. Staff interface allows this, but the customers interface doesn't. Now customers can add CC another users only while creating a ticket. But it happenss that later on, having created a ticket and having received some replies, a customer needs to CC one of his colleagues.
We'll be happy to see this feature, that will make Helpdesk more convenient for our customers, implemented in V4.

This seems like a good idea. I'll bring it up internally to the right people, see what we can do for v4.
