Never send staff name as reply email - 10-09-2008, 04:10 PM

Currently (3.3.01) there are multiple places where the staff member's name, and possibly their email address, can be sent to the end user. This is unacceptable for our needs. I've modified/commented out the necessary code to prevent this in our install, but this will make upgrading in the future more difficult. Please add an option to NEVER send a staff members name or email address to an end user.

I had to modify the following files to do this manually:

/modules/tickets/functions_ticketmain.php
/modules/tickets/staff_ajax.php
/modules/tickets/staff_massreply.php
/modules/tickets/staff_newticket.php
/modules/tickets/staff_viewticket.php
