Predefined Replies to include Attachments - 21-02-2008, 12:49 PM

We offer certain support responses which include files to perform cleanup actions, etc. From time to time we'll include the predefined reply and forget to then attach the cleanup file. It would be nice if we could include file(s) with predefined replies such that when a predefined reply is used it populates the attachments as well.

I agree. Pre-defined replied with attachents would be very useful.

Also further to this the ability for Pre-Defined Replied to also auto populate the "Subject"....

When creating a new ticket, phone ticket for example, if you select a pre-defined reply you still now have to manually type the subject.

Is this likely to be implemented?

We also need the SUBJECT to be also filled when using a pre-defined reply..

Will implement in Version 4; the linking of file attachments or files in the Downloads area to predefined replies.
