Schedule Based Auto-responder - 01-07-2009, 09:15 PM

Hi,

We are looking for an auto-responder that works based on the working hours defined. We then want an email to go out during working hours as per the current autoresponder, and a different email to be sent outside of working hours explaining the office is closed and that the ticket is logged.

I think this has been suggested but +1. You may be able to do it now by using If statements in the templates to say what time it is.
