Exclamation Show history on FORWARD - 05-01-2009, 08:23 PM

We would like to be able to forward a ticket to a non-staff member WITH ALL HISTORY so that outside person can read all postings and reply accordingly. This will allow non-staff or outside people such as vendors to read an issue and then reply with an answer without having to have staff access.

When you click on the "Forward" tab, on the same page you shall see "Quick Insert > Quote". In this option choose "Quote All Posts", that should send him the ticket history.

Hi all,

Sorry to pickup an old thread, but is there a way to include Quote All Posts automatically when you enter forward tab?

That would help a lot!!
