A couple of urgent feature request. 1. Ability to edit notes. 2. Needs to show if the note is a per user note or per ticket note on the general ticket screen for each note. On a not so urgent feature request, it would be great if v4 let us choose if ticket notes were shown inline with the ticket post or outside the posts like they are now. This should be an option on a per note basis. |

great ideas! atm if we want to edit a note, we have to copy+paste the contents and create a new note.. not very practical... besides, we lose the original note creation date which is important. |
