Let's merge users! We'd like to see it, too, thanks. The reason is that when using loginshare, users can authenticate using aliases, so they end up with a bunch of logins depending on which alias they used that particular time. Of course, these various logins can't see each other's tickets. If we delete the extra users, and simply add email addresses to the primary account, the tickets are merged, however, those extra, aliase email addresses can no longer be used to login... another recipe for confusion. Thanks for the work on this valuable product. |

1. Merge users is not useful but rather NEEDED! 2. I don't think that Kayako has realized this but most companies have more than 1 user. Therefore, when you want to see the tickets for any given company, it cant be done. 3. Users and Contacts are two different things in Kayako, anyone care to explain? 4. I have a user with user ID 0 - that cannot be deleted. 5. You insert an additional email address to the account and it doesn't add it. Thanks in advance to anyone who can respond anything! |
