Hi Chris, Yes there is: when viewing a ticket and adding a note, select a scope of 'User'. The note will then appear in every ticket they create. Unfortunately there is no way to view a user and view all notes for that user, but there indeed should be so I have moved this thread to the Feature Requests forum. -------------------------------------------------------------------
