Users -> Notes -> View all notes for user - 15-06-2008, 02:58 PM

Hello.

I know that it is possible for staff to make notes about a customers ticket. But is there a way to have a note attached to a individual user / customer, so when you search for that user, and click on their name that you can see all the notes made about them?

Hi Chris,

Yes there is: when viewing a ticket and adding a note, select a scope of 'User'. The note will then appear in every ticket they create.

Unfortunately there is no way to view a user and view all notes for that user, but there indeed should be so I have moved this thread to the Feature Requests forum.
