Attachments for Mass Email

I routinely send out mass emails to my users and need to attach a document. This would be a helpful feature.

I believe this is already scheduled to be implemented in v4; I'll go check. If it isn't, I'll add it to the list of things we're going to look at as v4 features.

I feel like I may have submitted that in the past, or maybe it was for attachments to new articles. Regardless, both would be helpful. Thanks
