Customer satisfaction survey - 28-08-2008, 09:13 PM

How about implementing this into esupport - after a customer has opened 5(or N) or more tickets send them a link for either a "customer satisfaction survey" or just "comments / review / feedback / testimonial"

It wasn't referring to this thread - just thought that it would be a great feature seeing that it's a similar concept to what this thread is talking about. Sorry if it's seen as off topic, feel free to delete.

This would be a nice feature to add so that after a ticket is closed the customer is e-mailed with a request for feedback. Once the feedback is completed by the customer, it would be nice to be able to pull reports based upon the feedback in relation to a technician, department, date, time, etc.

If this is implemented, which as above it says it will be, I hope that the results will/can be switched off from being made public!
