As this is mainly a customer - customer forum chances are by the time someone from Kayako comes and looks at the forums this post will be lost. Oh yea, TOTALLY agree with this. I usually make the mistake of overwriting and then having to login to the backup server to restore. Deffo needs implemented before the next version is released. I always manage to overwrite it on at least one install when upgrading *rolls eyes* Just good I have Righteous Backup in operation!
