1. This isn't currently possible. You could run a database query for it however. 2. This isn't really possible either. One suggestion I would make is to look at http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=13553 as then you could pre-bill your clients. I think it may allow billing afterwards too but you'll have to ask. Hi Josh, I am sorry that you have found the current functionality lacking. It is something we are dealing with - more robust and wider scoped reporting features including reports for billing time. Until progress is made in this area (there is no definite ETA on this yet), the only way to get this data is to mine it yourself.
