I want to incorporate a blog into my support desk so its only visible to clients logged in to the support desk. I want to add value for my clients - tips tricks etc - that non clients can't see.

Is there something already available within Kayako to do this, or is there a 3rd party software that i can use the login share?

Hi dunerider,

I know of no blogging software that integrates with SupportSuite in this way. However, you could use the Knowledgebase in this way and restrict viewing and using the Knowledgebase to registered users or users of a particular user group.
