I was also rather annoyed. ALL price increases should be announced with a date they will be introduced so people have a chance to purchase before the increase. Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

One wonders if they informed resellers either so they could update prices. See fxhstore.com : Cheap Web Host Software! Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Hi Peter, I am sorry to hear you had planned on purchasing the additional domain license until the price increase. You may be interested in reading this thread about the subject: Branding Option The price was increased due to general rising costs of staffing and resources. However, none of our core license prices changed. The additional domain license (at $199.95) still presents very good value, allowing you to receive what is a secondary license for less than half price. If you would like to discuss this further, I would be happy to hear from you. My e-mail address is in my signature. Thanks, -------------------------------------------------------------------

I am personally under the opinion that the price should be reversed for a week because of the situation with an announcement made properly... Icon Headquarters - Its Elixir - Web2Messenger |

Personally believe Kayako should have emailed existing customers and posted on forums saying pricing will increase on X date, give say a month to 2 week's notice. Adopt a no discounting policy on current pricing and I'd say for the period of time before pricing increases Kayako would have seen the biggest increase in sales they've ever seen ![]() |
