Buying + Add ons

I'm willing to buy eSupport owned, but i've got 3 questions that i'd like to be sure of:

1 - There is any license for a owned pack, i mean I have to pay a license, say, yearly o as its owned i don't need to pay a license anymore...

2 - I'm not sure we need add ons rigth now, but we could need some of them in the future when the department its fully up and running, can I buy them then?

3 - ther is any way we can switch english to spanish language?

sorry if my cuestions seems silly but i culdn't find a answer and it's really urgent to get this information in order to buy the product.

Buying the owned means you own it. It comes with 6 months of updates and support, during which you can download the latest version. Once that time is up, you can only download the last version that was active when your license was current. You never have to pay again, but you won't have the latest version and , I'd assume, bug fixes.

You can buy add ons at any time.

I believe there is a Spanish "language pack" that allows you to have your desk in that language.
