Can I export, print, save a report?

I have been readin ghte user manual and I see that there are some good reporting tools. However I don't see anyway to print, PDF, save, export to excel...the reports. I see this a very necessary way of communicating theses reports to the boss or other employees. I have seen this feature in some other demos out there. If I just missed this please let me know where I can find out more about it

I think this has already been submitted as a Feature Request. As of now this is not quite possible.

Does this mean it is available in the version of SupportSuite right now or that you know how to 'tweak' it to make those options available?

I think when SS wrote "now quite available" he meant "not quite available" meaning you cannot do this yet.

Hi folks, does anyone know the status on this one? I couldn't find it in the feature requests section, but if it is there could someone please post the link? I agree - I would use an export tool very regularly, and exporting to csv/xls/txt/rtf would all be good options for me. Thanks.

I think this would be available in v4 when a complete Reporting module would be added.

As of now, I cannot migrate to this ticket system from Sharepoints, because it does not offer me the same management reports that I can generate by dumping data into a CSV.

I cannot use eSupport until I have reporting capabilities...
Is there a way to even modify or create the templates? The ones included do not have useful data.

I am afraid not, but do take that it is not coming any time soon; I can say that right now it is at least months away.
