From Cerberus 3.5 to eSupport

Hello,

I've installed cerberus 3.5 and I want migrate to eSupport.

I have several pop3 accounts and mailboxes.

Then, Cerberus 3.5 is unsupported??

Kayako does support Cerberus 3 although I am not sure if it support Cerberus 3.5. You need to get this confirmed from Kayako Sales who will only reply on Monday as Kayako does not work on weekends.

I know from someone that importing was a pain already a year ago.

So I doubt if it will work smooth.

How do I go about importing? I see it's an option, I just can't for the life of me see anything about it in the admin CP.

Contact Kayako Support at https://members.kayako.com asking them if the importer supports the Cerberus 3.5

I was actually looking for SupportTrio 2.65.5 impex. I've emailed them.
