Considering buying but...

We consider to buy the complete Kayako product, but there is one problem: currently Kayako does not contain an asset management tool and we need one. At the moment it is not that important, we just need a good working supportcentre, but within a half year it is.

When we can combine a supportsuite with assetmanagement we have a powerfull tool to assist our customers.

Can anybody tell me if there will be a assetmanagement tool added to the supportsuite within the near future?

One of the 3rd party developers would gladly assist you I am sure in implementing a custom module for this. Check out the Market Place board to find the developers.

Another option would be to suggest it as a feature inside the feature requests board for consideration for v4.
