Hello,

I am currently considering buying Joomla for our organization as we need a ticketing system in place for all the technical requests which come on from the users. But before we go and buy the full version of Kayako we were wondering if we can try out the trial version and see if we can integrate it with Joomla or not, and see how the product (Kayako) performs once we have it integrated.

So i have signed up for the trial version today and i was playing around with it. But i am not able to find any easy steps to integrate it with Joomla.

Can one of you please direct me to a link or to a manual which can help me with the same.

You might want to look into the LoginShare section of Kayako to integrate it with Joomla. LoginShare can be found under:
Admin CP > Templates
