Is it possible for LiveResponse to show the number of visits to a particular page?

AND ...

Can LiveResponse show the number of times that an IP address has visited the site (therefore identifying Unique and frequent time wasters like the competition), when a visitor hits your page?

Yes, if you set up ad tracking for the pages you wish to track visits for (and send visitors through a redirection link).

No, it cannot. It sounds as if what you are looking for is a visit/hit analysing package, such as Google Analytics (as opposed to a link visitor tracker).
