Hi,
I like the look of your product. I'm hoping you might be able to help me with a couple of questions:
1. I've had a play with the demo system, and it appears that anyone can register as a user and submit tickets, and I think the knowledge base doesn't require registration to access. I can understand why this is a good idea, however, we are wanting only approved users (our clients) to be able to access the knowledge base and submit tickets for this project. Is this possible?
2. Also, we are looking at putting together Flash videos in the knowledge base as for some topics it's easier to show than describe in text format. Can these be embedded in the actual knowledgebase post (using HTML), or will this require a separate solution?
