Anyone here ever use Live Person in the past? Your thoughts on LivePerson vs the Kayako client? I'm looking at maybe switching and curious. Would keep the cost down in the long run. Is there anyway to do a trial of LiveResponse? I'm currently owned eSupport. Love me an eSupport -------------------------------------------- |

ok answered my own questions - found the trial & pricing. any thoughts of live person users in the past welcome. not sure if I should ask people to compare though. Love me an eSupport -------------------------------------------- |
