1. User sends an email 2. Email gets a ticket number, Say ticket 1 3. Ticket1 is sent out to support@company.com 4. Engineer1 gets email in his inbox. Responds to it (discussion1). 5. Engineer2 gets email in his inbox. Responds to it (discussion2). 6. Support manager logs into Kayako. Sees ticket1. 7. Support manager also see's discussion1 & discussion2 in Kayako. 8. Support manager sends response from Kayako using "Post Reply". 9. Kayako sends out "Post Reply" to customer. discussion1 and discussion2 are logged in Kayako but not sent to customer. |
