Hi,

My client is interested is purchasing SupportSuite. But before that, we need to clear out some points.

My client has one eCommerce website and one eBay store. He needs to handle support system of both of them through one CRM. The CRM software Saeven provides an integration system with eBay. But i can not see any such facility on SupportSuite, explicitly. Can you let me know if there is any facility by which the messages of eBay can be handled through Support suite? I found some thread on this forum about receiving email from email address like member@ebay.com , but did not find technically specific details.

In case this is not possible, then is there a possibility that code can be modified to ton integrate with eBay API? Client is willing to purchase "Owned" license.

Well sujoykroy your client can setup a email address on his/her server such as ebay@domain.com and set it to forward to |/home/user/public_html/support/cli/index.php and then go to

Admin CP > Mail Parser > Insert Email Queue to setup the Mail Parser to pipe email to the department you want it to go... Just in the persons ebay listings/store would have to tell people to email ebay@domain.com and not use the ebays built in "Contact Seller"

I wasn't even aware that EBay had a API...

Yes, eBay has an API -> eBay Developers Program

Theoretically you could have Kayako pull "eBay Messages" every so often and turn them into tickets via the API.
