| Entering a new ticket via phone - population of fields?? -

I was playing with the demo (online) to see if your product would meet our needs.
One thing I don't really get is when you are entering a new ticket (via phone) you have the option to lookup a user or contact to populate a phone number. When you do this it just brings over the phone number and not any other information. Is there a way to bring over all the information without having to type it out??
Seems like a waste to have to enter all the information when it could populated all automaticly when you pick the contact.
Any info about this would be helpful.
