Well all depends if you want it strictly on your local intranet then thats easy as you would set the product url as http://localhost or http://IP then anyone on your network can access it... Only thing if you want people on the web to access it they wont be able to as the product url is set as http://localhost will tell them to try localhost so it will try to find the site on their own PC... now http://IP may work as long as its a public/internet IP and not a Internal IP such as 192.168.15.1 So if you want people around the world to be able to access it then would need to be installed on a webserver...
