eSupport Monthly Hosted - 05-02-2008, 03:44 PM

Good day,

I am very intestested eSupport Monthly Hosted solution.

I noticed Each Hosted License is provided with 500MB Disk Space and 10GB Transfer Limit.

roughly how many tickets is 500MB?


After buying a hosted esupport solution how quickly until we are setup and running so i can get in and configure it and then offer support to my customers?

Anything i should know about the hosted option before making the jump?

It would be difficult to provide an accurate number of tickets. 500MB should hold around 1000-1500 if you do not receive large attachments.

Hi rossm,

You will be able to change the logo - and the rest of the styling as long as you link to images hosted by yourself externally.

Low value orders are not typically verified by phone.

well i will give it a whirl,
cant go wrong for $29 and if i get overloaded with support i will look at other hosting options im sure its easy enough to set up

btw - u can delete tickets once they are closed cant you?to clear up some space

Yes you can You can filter for "Closed" tickets and mass delete them. Unfortunatly there is no automatic "Search and purge", however.

Kayako used to call for all orders then as too many fraudulent orders were received on daily basis although I am not sure about how things now work.
