It would be difficult to provide an accurate number of tickets. 500MB should hold around 1000-1500 if you do not receive large attachments. Quote:

Hi rossm, You will be able to change the logo - and the rest of the styling as long as you link to images hosted by yourself externally. Low value orders are not typically verified by phone. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Kayako used to call for all orders then as too many fraudulent orders were received on daily basis although I am not sure about how things now work.
