Hi, We currently have version 2 of eSupport I believe and are considering upgrading to version 3 Support Suite. I have a couple of pre-sales queries I was hoping you could help me with: 1) Would it be possible to provide me with the upgrade cost from eSupport leased to Support Suite leased? 2) Can the Support Suite installation be installed over the existing eSupport product or would it require a fresh install? 3) Is there anyway to export the current eSupport knowledgebase and tickets over to the new Support Suite product after upgrade? 1) Is this a yearly lease or a monthly lease.. I believe you would just cancel your current lease and signup under a new lease. 2) Yes you can upgrade from esupport too supportsuite you can look at the upgrade instructions for upgrading esupport too supportsuite at http://support.kayako.net/index.php?...kbarticleid=94 3) When you upgrade you will not lose anything so need to export/import anything. |
