Is this a feature in Kayako - Pay per answered ticket - 15-02-2009, 07:48 AM

Hi,

I am trying to implement a service which allows me to charge the client a fee once a ticket is answered OR have the client pay to submit a ticket.

Is this a feature? Are there other similar helpdesk scripts that have this?

It isn't an out of the box feature - take a look at TicketPay - The Pay Per Support Module for a 3rd party module.

I have another question, i read somewhere that Kayako has a built in Billing system, is that true?

No thats not true only thing sort of billing related is when you respond to ticket you can input the amount of time to work on and billable time (in minutes) that way you can manually go later and use those times to invoice your customers...
