A few questions... - 02-08-2006, 12:23 AM

I have a few questions and hopefully someone will be able to answer what product is the best choice for my general objectives.

1. We want a system where all our customers can login and report a problem or product suggestion.
2. We want to be able to track the status of X customers’ ticket.
3. We the customer to be able to login and track the ticket as well.
4. We want to be able to add a link on our website, our product itself and with-in our emails that would direct the customer to the support ticket login page – is that possible?
5. Can we customize the interface at all by putting our own logo on the product?
6. Can we customize the email responses again by putting our own logo, graphics, etc?
7. Do you offer any assistance for helping us setup the product?

So you suggesting that we sign-up for the "SupportSuite" version. I want it to be hosted, not on our site rather elseware so I assume that is the "SupportSuite Monthly Hosted". Also, our really big question is customer X only see's customer X's tickets and customer Y sees only customer Y's tickets.

I have not seen where they offer any setup support assistance, are you sure that is an option? Or, do I need to use a 3rd party company like your own?

Hi, you can use kayako`s manuals and support since you are planning on a hosted version, x user will only see x tickets and same for user y

We are not marketing our services on this forum category, you need to carefully evaluate the best options to achieve your goals, one thing is certain: Kayako Support Suite is a superb product and with their associates help, this forums and some other 3rd party resources you can surely achieve your suppport goals

On last question... - 02-08-2006, 09:49 PM

I think...I have spent the past few hours playing with the demo and like it very much. An employee asked in the office if it was possible to edit the ticket from to include a specific field, like the Report Name or Order Number that is failing.

Is that Possible?
