To go branding free or not?

I'm looking at making some additional purchases through Kayako and considering if I get the branding free option as well?

Keen for other peoples (constructive) views on if its a good idea to get this option or not?

If you do not want your competition to know what software you use for support or do not wish to "promote" Kayako then branding free is a good option.

Note that you only need to purchase branding free once for your master domain and it covers all your additional domains too.

I got brand free I think it looks much better specially when it comes to my clients it does not look nice the powered by ..

buy the brand free and just pay once

Just FYI, the reason companies charge for branding free (some more than the cost of the product itself) is because having lots of links to their site improves their rankings with the search engine which in turn means they get more sales.

I would go with branding free if my pocket allowed me. Not only it looks more profesional but your competition doesnt has the change to see what you use. But with Kayako that is probably useless since there are so many kayako installs its impossible not know which one uses kayako. Also theyt just have to look into the code. So basically unless your competition doesnt have a clue they will know you use Kayako. Still for clients it looks more professional.

I went with branding free simply because I don't advertise for products I've paid for on my site. I've done this with every application I use, and instead let the company use some of the income from licensing (and "no branding" sales) to advertise through traditional means instead of piggybacking off my site.
Nothing against this practice in general, I simply prefer not to advertise on my site.
