| Good Upgrade Procedure -

Just a quick one to say that I've just upgraded from Monthly Leased SupportSuite, to owned, mainly because I'm on holiday for the next two weeks and won't be about to upload the license key, and everything seems to have gone very smootly indeed. Our finance department commented on how simple the journey was, and my old contract, along with the new key, looks to have been dealt with quickly as well. We do seem to struggle with these things sometime, so congrats on making that easy Kayako folks!
