Ok, still trying to figure this thing out It's probably not news to you any of you guys, but part of what shows up in our ticket system is junk. I need to stop kayako from automatically sending an acknowlegement email for every message that it receives via email. How can I do that? Honestly, I thought we had done that, but apparently not. Haaalp! Belinn Danger! Danger! |

Goto Admin CP >> Mail Parser >> Manage Mail Queue >> Edit Enable New Issue Autoresponder? If enabled, the system will send an Autoresponder message confirming the receipt of a new Issue. Select that as "NO" Btw, why is this in Pre-Sales? I am guessing you have already bought the software? |
